Sustainable Green Built Features

1. Jeld-Wen Premium Vinyl windows -- LoĒ³ 366 glass
This glass features three transparent, microscopic layers of silver placed between layers of anti-
reflective metal oxide coatings. These coatings block 95 percent of harmful UV rays and reduce
window heat gain by 64 percent. It exceeds ENERGY STAR requirements-even in Northern regions-
and will lower energy costs by 35 percent.

2. All Energy Star approved Kenmore Elite appliances

3. Native Colorado Beetle Kill Pine interior trim and shelving milled locally in Fort Collins used
throughout the house.

4. Low VOC water based polyurethane finish used on all interior wood surfaces.

5. PET carpet installed in bedrooms made 100% from recycled plastic bottles.

6. Recycled content Fiberglass insulation

7. All Interior doors are made from 70% minimum FSC certified wood.

8. Goodman Heat Pump with back up furnace heating system. Heat pumps are up to 3 times as
efficient as traditional furnaces and provide to heat your home to an exterior temperature of 40
degrees. Reduces energy consumption saving both the environment and money for the homeowner.

10. Rannai Gas tankless water heater -- heats water as you need it rather than keeping it hot all the
