Sustainable Green Built Features

1.  Marvin Integrity Windows - at time of construction, they were the second most energy efficient

3.  Native Colorado Beetle Kill Pine interior trim and shelving milled locally in Fort Collins used

8.  All Interior doors are made from 70% minimum FSC certified wood.

9.  Heat pump with back up furnace heating system.  Heat pumps are up to 3 times as efficient as
traditional furnaces and provide to heat your home to an exterior temperature of 40 degrees.  
Reduces energy consumption saving both the environment and money for the homeowner.

10.  SETS electric tankless water heater -- heats water as you need it rather than keeping it hot all the
time in a traditional tank water heater.  Potential hot water heating savings of 30 to 50% and hot water
heaters typically account for 25% of a houses total energy consumption.  Overall, these can cut your
