Sustainable Green Built Features
1. Marvin Integrity Windows - at time of construction, they were the second most energy efficient

3. Native Colorado Beetle Kill Pine interior trim and shelving milled locally in Fort Collins used
throughout the house.
4. Low VOC water based polyurethane finish used on all interior wood surfaces.

7. High recycled content blown cellulose insulation used on all exterior walls and ceilings. Blown

9. Heat pump with back up furnace heating system. Heat pumps are up to 3 times as efficient as

10. SETS electric tankless water heater -- heats water as you need it rather than keeping it hot all the
time in a traditional tank water heater. Potential hot water heating savings of 30 to 50% and hot water
heaters typically account for 25% of a houses total energy consumption. Overall, these can cut your
energy bills up to 12%, not to mention the fact that they are the size of a briefcase which saves
interior design space.
11. Exterior siding and trim is all native Colorado pine.
12. Australian Caroma Dual Flush Toilets in all bathrooms—Australian engineered with a double
flush option which uses .5 gallons for urine disposal, but uses a full 1.3 gallons for solid waste.
