We believe this raises both the efficiency of our job and the quality of our end product as opposed to our competitors. Our projects flow seamlessly from one phase to the next without delays while waiting to fit into subcontractor’s schedules. In conjunction, our craftsmen are constantly thinking about the next phase of the project in the present which helps to eliminate many of the problems that can occur. Lastly, we dedicate ourselves to one project at a time with minimal schedule overlapping. This allows our craftsman to stay focused upon the quality and not where they are off to next. LOW OVERHEAD – Heirloom Homes is a home based operation. Our office and storage is located at the owner's home which effectively eliminates most overhead costs. This savings is passed to consumer through a lower hourly rate than most other contractors. GREEN BUILDING – Owner, Michael McCurnin, prides himself on his knowledge of green building materials and practices. Michael has green solutions for projects of all different sizes and budgets. Green does not always mean more expensive. |
